Let’s be honest: hearing about “cooperative poker” made you a little skeptical. The two words don't exactly belong together. Poker is about reading people, bluffing, and outsmarting everyone, not helping them. But The Gang pulls it off in a way that feels fresh without losing what makes poker fun.
You and your crew are professional thieves orchestrating a series of heists. To crack the vaults, you'll need to play Texas Hold 'em together. Win three heists before tripping three alarms, and the loot is yours.
Each heist follows the familiar poker structure: you get two pocket cards, then community cards are revealed round by round (the Flop, Turn, and River). But instead of betting, you're grabbing chips. Each one represents how strong you think your hand is relative to everyone else's. Take the highest-star chip? You're saying you've got the best hand at the table. Grab the 1-star? You're calling yourself the weakest link.
The first rule of The Gang is: you do not talk about your cards. No hints, no winks, no "hypothetical" questions. The chips are your only language. After four rounds, everyone reveals their hands in chip order, and if the hands come out weakest to strongest without a single mistake, the vault opens. One slip, and the alarm goes off.

The Gang: Un poker cooperativ unde nu vorbești despre cărțile tale!
Să fim sinceri: când auzi de „poker cooperativ”, te-ai făcut puțin sceptic. Cele două cuvinte nu se potrivesc exact. Pokerul înseamnă să citești oamenii, să blufezi și să-i păcălești pe toți, nu să-i ajuți. Dar The Gang reușește într-un mod care pare proaspăt, fără a pierde din vedere ceea ce face pokerul distractiv.
Tu și echipa ta sunteți hoți profesioniști care orchestrează o serie de jafuri. Pentru a sparge seifurile, va trebui să jucați Texas Hold'em împreună. Câștigă trei jafuri înainte de a declanșa trei alarme, iar prada este a ta.
Fiecare jaf urmează structura familiară de poker: primești două cărți de buzunar, apoi cărțile comune sunt dezvăluite rundă cu rundă (Flop, Turn și River). Dar în loc să pariezi, iei jetoane. Fiecare reprezintă cât de puternică crezi că este mâna ta în raport cu a tuturor celorlalți. Iei jetonul cu cea mai mare stea? Spui că ai cea mai bună mână de la masă. Iei jetonul cu 1 stea? Te numești veriga slabă.
Prima regulă a The Gang este: nu vorbiți despre cărțile voastre. Fără aluzii, fără semne de ochi, fără întrebări „ipotetice”. Jetoanele sunt singurul vostru limbaj. După patru runde, toată lumea își dezvăluie mâinile în ordinea jetoanelor, iar dacă mâinile ies de la cea mai slabă la cea mai puternică fără nicio greșeală, seiful se deschide. O singură lovitură și sună alarma.
Indiferent dacă ești un pasionat de poker sau cineva care tocmai a învățat ce este o culoare, acest joc te va face să-ți pierzi mințile în tăcere, în timp ce coechipierul tău apucă cu încredere jetonul greșit. Ești gata să realizezi jaful perfect?
