I did a chain reaction set of moves, so hard to say which action taken was invalid or unsupported. I tried to take either the single or double bronze track advancement actions (with 1 or 2 workers respectively), then used one of those advancements on my Tokyo-Osaka rail to get to position 3, which unlocks a Locomotive + Industry Marker Advancement. I first placed the Locomotive, doing a couple replacements before returning one as a Factory. This allowed me to then place a doubler slot (I didn't expect this, but I'm still not always clear on the rules here). Then I advanced the Industry Marker to the last spot to unlock a City Key reward, of which I took the two track advancements reward (I also tried taking the 10 point reward here - no change in the final outcome). After doing 3 advancements, I eventually hit "Done" to get the above error message.

Quick update: F5/refresh did not help. After trying more variations, one variant indicated (after I placed the last Locomotive) that I could not purchase a Locomotive and should Skip Buy (even though I had already done it). Finally, I tried my same chain reaction set of moves but hit Skip Buy, leaving the last Locomotive unpurchased, and that succeeded.

Tried to take locomotive, returning one as a factory. This triggered placing a doubler and a track movement (I don't think this is in the rules). Then when I click Done:

I attempted to move on the industry track from the 25 point space to the locomotive space, and saw the same issue as the previous poster (after taking the locomotive, I was prompted to place a doubler and perform two wildcard track movements, then saw "Internal Error. That should not have happened. Try F5. Please raise a bug. [No matching action d to 0_]" on clicking Done). I tried several times with the industry move and industry move + wooden track spaces, before and after refresh, seeing the same issue each time - sometimes being unexpectedly prompted to place a second locomotive. The game progressed after I tried another move (advancing the wooden track with the one wooden/green track advancement.)

Same issue at move #176 on table #688272721. Taking a locomotive as prompted after moving to the locomotive space on the Asian Railroads industry track triggered unexpected prompt to place a doubler. The action was able to complete on skipping taking the locomotive.

on table #688272721, I noticed other players successfully taking locomotives after I had reported the bug - I think move #196 is an example. One thing I noticed that might be relevant is that I had active repair carts on factory tiles when attempting to take locomotives triggered the unexpected prompts then the error, and the players who succeeded did not have active repair carts at the time they took locomotives
