At the bottom of the list was an option "none of the above", but when I selected it, I got a message saying that since it wasn't any of the above, it was probably not a violation of the terms of service, and I could not report it.

Since the terms of service specifically prohibit using cheating software, that should be added as one of the options for reporting violations.
