• Te rugăm copiază/lipeşte mesajul erorii pe care îl vezi pe ecran, dacă apare vreunul.
On the setup page, it recommends 3 players is best. Years of playing experience have shown that for the base game, this is not true. 4-player games always have the best balance. All real-life tournaments (and the important online ones) are 4-player games. I find it very strange that you recommend 3, based on what evidence? It seems a shame to be recommending a sub-optimal game for newcomers, when 4 always provides the best experience.
It would be a massive problem if, when it goes live, Arena mode was set at 3 players. It would really put off experienced Catan players and not be a true reflection of the skill level. I have represented the UK at world championships five times and written a strategy guide based on 10s of thousands of games - I’d be happy to provide more detail on my reasoning, but it’s long been backed up by the official tournament structure. -
