I have tried to play Battle of Lits from my Nokia Lumia 735 phone running WP8.1 with the default browser Internet Explorer and with UC Browser.

The game table is terribly unstable from time to time the map is re-drawn completely different (the distribution of Xs and Os gets changed) making it impossible to play the game. I didn't find any way to force a refresh which would re-draw the map to a trust-worthy state, playing the game becomes a complete gamble.
