In all tested games (Race for the galaxy, Tokaido, Time masters, Gosu, et al) on touch devices (tested on iPad with Safari) tapping on game objects works only the first time you do it after opening a table, if at all. Tapping is needed on those devices to get the equivalent of a mouse-over, to make the info popup about that object appear.
