In the implementation of other card drafting games I play on BGA (Sushi Go or Seven Wonders), multiple / intentional clicks are required to select a card. I believe in Sushi Go there is a first click to select and then a click to confirm the card choice, and in Seven Wonders you must select a certain sub-action to do with each card that is drafted. I was in the game of Boomerang using a touchpad and laptop, and hovering over each card to look at the artwork (which is very nice!). I must have accidentally lightly clicked one of the cards because it selected when I didn't mean to. Because I was the 2nd of two players to choose the card, I did not have the option to undo or 'select another card while waiting for other players' etc., (although I noticed on my next turn that is available if you are not the last to choose and this is great). I think perhaps a click to confirm, or requiring a double click etc., might improve the implementation in avoiding stray clicks, especially if my memory is correct that this is how Sushi Go (the most similar in terms of the drafting mechanic alone) is programmed on BGA. This would help so that hovering over the card to magnify it would not lead to as many stray clicks with a touchpad.

I'm seen some games have "Require Confirmation" as a per-user setting in the menu. It is on by default, but those who don't like it could turn it off and never see it again.
