Yes. Starting at #137. I added the second BLUE piece and it didn't scored, so I tried a couple of different thing and all of them didn't work. It doesn't make sense.

Please note that the rules on page 4 mention "Each Cóatl piece can be used only once per Prophecy
card. However, the same piece can be used to satisfy
more than one Prophecy cards."

What you tried to do is scoring a GBGBGB sequence twice, by G(BG[B)GB] but in this case the middle B piece is used twice (that's beacuse it only scores once). A correct double sequence could be GBGBBGB by G(BGB)[BGB].
