There was another hidden card on my table so that was the only one that I could flip. Weasel 10 wasn't allowed to be flipped even though it could activate once flipped.

I think the issue is some sort of lock, checks over the current state of the game (there was no other token on my side) instead of the possibility of a combo (which probably is the general problem with the rat 6 card).
